RETURN POLICY: 

*All sales are final* We don’t accept returns or exchanges. If  your product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements within 7 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK ? 

We look to stock every other week, but restock dates depends on the product availability.  

CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE? 

 All purchases must be made on the website.

WHAT IS A PRE- ORDER SALE? 

Pre-ordering allows you to purchase the item ahead of its scheduled release date and once the item launches it will be available. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AND PAID FOR?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it is paid. Please review your cart before completing your order.
